Developing Resilience and Sustainability Guidance for the NJ Highlands Region

 

The New Jersey Future Team is supporting the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council (Highlands Council) in developing guidance documents to assist Highlands communities to address and be prepared for climate change.

Project Goal:
  • Develop guidance and tools that will assist municipalities in meeting regulatory requirements for incorporating climate resilience, environmental justice, and environmental sustainability into municipal master plans

Highlands Resilience Project Practitioner Panel

A virtual meeting was convened Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 12pm

Municipal leaders and planning experts practicing in the Highlands Region, are vital to this effort. The meeting presentation described the guidance under development and included time to ask questions and offer comments.
