About the Project
The Township of Lacey was awarded a US Economic Development Administration Public Works and Economic Adjustment, Nuclear Closure Communities grant. The township issued an RFP to hire a consultant to do the analysis, and BRS, Inc was awarded the contract to develop a plan for the community to replace the high paying jobs, business tax receipts and corporate citizenship lost by Oyster Creekâs premature closure which threatens the short and long-term economic and social wellbeing of the township.
